Tegan has gone beyond our expectations helping us to sort our booking with Trip A Deal due to COVID-19. We have been kept in the loop with every phone call and email that she has received from them, even going that step further by phoning the airline to confirm whether we could extend our booking beyond a set date. Tegan has made sure that we have been happy will all decisions, listening to our frustrations and our endless questions and her understanding and empathy has been really appreciated by us.

After saving and planning our first overseas holiday together to see family in Canada, we were devastated to have to cancel our holiday due to the COVID-19 crisis. All the contact I had with Caitlan was helpful and professional. She was able to reassure us that she would deal with the whole process of trying to acquire the best possible outcome of a refund of the deposits paid. Caitlan was in constant contact informing us of each step as it was happening. We are currently still waiting for some results. She did an absolutely incredible job with the resort we stayed at and without her help fixing an issue that arouse with the ferry, I believe we would of been close to being stuck on the island! 100% recommend as she kept me at ease and sorted everything out that needed to be done in a timely matter. Our recent trip on The Ghan was amazing. Thank you Caitlin and Tegan for all of your help. We had a family of 8 and some with special needs. The girls at B&P Travel & Cruise made sure that all of our requirements were met. They made sure that we had all of the information we needed (unlike some other passengers we met whose travel agents never told them they would only have room for small luggage bags). Everything went to plan and trip was over and above what we expected. It is a luxury experience that we would recommend.
Over the past nine months Caitlan from B&P Travel & Cruise has organised four overseas trips for me. Her attention to detail is exceptional. I have contacted Caitlan twice whilst travelling to help me with flight changes and a cancelled flight, and she was able to sort everything out for me and email my new itinerary within minutes. We have just returned from our holiday that Bri booked for us last year and enjoyed how easy it was to arrange through B&P Travel & Cruise.
